During my stay, I encountered several issues at this hotel. Although the location was fantastic, right near the YUM Center, the construction chaos made it less enjoyable. The service was variable, with some staff being wonderful while others seemed untrained. The value for money was questionable given the problems faced.
The Galt House has some positives, like spacious rooms and a convenient location for events at the Yum Center. However, my experience was marred by a lack of housekeeping, uncomfortable beds, and significant staffing issues that made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
